We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta) to communicate with donors. All WhatsApp messages are sent only with explicit user consent. For each of these we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum, as the transfer mechanism. Each provider acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and may only use your data to provide the service to us.
